When will I receive my order?

Our production time is about 1 to 2 business days once payment is received. Your order is then shipped with the carrier that you've chosen during the checkout process.

What size should I get for my cat or dog?

For cats, we advise only small sizes. (extra-small for circle). For dogs, this will varies depending on their breed.


What are your Pet Tags made out of?

As for now, we do have 2 types of pet id tags. 1) High Quality Anodised Aluminum. 2) 100% Silicone.


What payment method do you accept?

We accept payments from all major credit cards and Paypal.


Is your website secure?

Yes, all transactions are made directly with our payment provider (Stripe).
When you enter your payment information, you're directly connected with Stripe's server. MYPETTAGS.CA will not know your credit card number and it will not be stored on our server. The lock symbol will appear and all your information transmitted will be encrypted with SSL and can't be intercepted or modified.
